PRESIDENT BIO’S GRAND PLAN IS UNDER THREAT – ” THE GAME DON BOXUP ”
By Abdul Bero Kamara (Chief)
On Tuesday 04/10/2020 My team and I arrived in Kailahun town from Koindu at around 5:30 pm and during the same time, we met a heavy presence of armed security personnel that included military and OSD from the clock tower to the Kailahun court Barry. From the high visibility of security I knew some high profiled personalities were around, as usual, I was curious to know who was around and on what mission I got off the vehicle to enquire, as a result, I walked towards some young people that were inside the Kailahun Court Barry. During the conversation I was told the First gentleman was in Town, thence my followed up question was “ what was the mission?”
I was shocked to hear from reliable and confirmed sources that on the last day of the Registration process on 4/10/2022, the total number for Kailahun district for phase two was a little bit over three thousand registrants when it was expected to be around nine thousand. A number below expectation. Kailahun District has a total of 344 centres and based on ECSL projection the average should be 50 registrants on a day per centre.
From my findings, the average registrants for Kailahun are 25 daily per centre- therefore 344*25 = 8,600 – which means Kailahun is supposed to register 8,600 daily per centre; unfortunately, the current average figure is under three thousand registrants daily for the entire Kailahun- with a variance of over five thousand. Certainly, that is a bad sign, and a red flag to show that President Bio is not going to get a second term.
Conversely, Commissioner Konneh is under serious pressure not to release the final figures, and to further extend the registration time beyond the 8th of October. It is probably likely the registration will be extended again.
Meanwhile, the President is worried and not happy about these low numbers which is the same case in the South, hence the reason he embarked on a mission to visit specific districts in the South-East which started on the 4th from Kailahun, and continues to Kenema, and Bo on the 5th, on the 6th Pujehun, Matturu Jong, on the 7th Tihun.
The purpose of this emergency visit to these specific areas is to hold a meeting with stakeholders, so they could be aggressive on their people to register within the extended period: 7th to 8th. Based on the original grand plan, the expectation was more people would register in the South- East, so that figure would support the cooked-up numbers from the midterm census.
Two years ago, after President Bio’s finally realized that he had failed the nation, he asked his strategic team to come up with strategies that could give him a second term.
The President’s strategic team spearheaded by David Sengbeh, the Minister of Basic and Senior Secondary Education didn’t waste any time going into action. After a series of meeting the team came up with the “GRAND PLAN”. The objective of the plan is to give President Bio a second term, through the manipulation of data at statistics, ECSL, NCRA, harassment and intimidation of opposition members, making laws that will disadvantage the opposition etc. The fact of the matter is President Bio has the edge moving to next year’s election( the money and the security ); however, he is mindful of the fact that APC has the numeric strength to stop his second term bid, thus his plan B is to rig the election through ECSL.
Notwithstanding, the main opposition APC is internally fragmented, thus far it is equally determined to stop President Bio’s second term
On the other hand, the people have suffered for almost five years as a result of the incompetence of the Bio’ SLPP administration, yet he is desperate for a second term – nonetheless, the living God is ready to fight for the people – “God nor want ugly”
Until then, stay tuned from The last man standing! ( Kailahun)
